These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.MouseAndPark.com, our digital magazine, subscriber-only content, online shop, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

Mouse + Park Magazine is operated by Mouse & Park Media LLC ("Mouse + Park," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

1. About Mouse + Park

​

Mouse + Park is an independently produced Disney fan lifestyle publication featuring editorial content about Disney parks, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, Adventures by Disney, history, food, fashion, home, products, and related subjects.

Mouse + Park is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

​

Disney-related names, characters, attractions, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Eligibility and Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use our Services in a manner that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations.

• Infringes upon the intellectual property or other rights of Mouse + Park or third parties.

• Interferes with the operation, security, or functionality of our website.

• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or restricted content.

Purchases and paid subscriptions must be made by individuals legally capable of entering into binding agreements or with appropriate parental or guardian authorization.

3. Digital Magazine Subscriptions

Mouse + Park offers paid digital subscriptions that provide access to magazine issues and other subscriber benefits as described at the time of purchase.

​

Our standard annual subscription is currently priced at $39 per year and includes six digital magazine issues per subscription year, subject to the terms and details presented during checkout.

​

Subscription pricing, included benefits, and available plans may change. The price and terms disclosed at checkout govern your purchase, subject to applicable law.

​

Digital subscriptions provide access to electronic content only. No printed magazine is included unless expressly stated.

​

Subscriptions are intended for individual, personal, noncommercial use.

​

Purchasing a subscription does not transfer ownership of the magazine content or its underlying intellectual property.

​

4. Subscription Billing and Renewal

​

Payment is required when purchasing a paid subscription.

​

If your selected subscription plan renews automatically, the renewal frequency, price, and applicable cancellation terms will be disclosed during checkout.

​

By purchasing an automatically renewing plan, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method according to the renewal terms you accept.

​

You may manage or cancel an automatically renewing subscription using the account-management options made available through our website or by contacting us at hello@mouseandpark.com.

​

Cancellation of an automatic renewal prevents future renewal charges when completed in accordance with the disclosed cancellation terms. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund of charges already incurred.

If your plan does not automatically renew, your access will expire at the end of the purchased subscription period unless you purchase another subscription.

​

We will comply with applicable laws concerning subscription disclosures, renewal notices, cancellation, and refunds.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

​

Because digital magazine subscriptions provide access to electronic content, refund eligibility may differ from that of physical merchandise.

Any applicable refund or cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase and will be subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

If you experience a billing error, duplicate charge, or technical issue preventing access to purchased content, please contact hello@mouseandpark.com so we can review the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Free Premiere Issue and Promotional Offers

​

Mouse + Park may offer complimentary digital issues, promotional subscriptions, discounts, or other special offers.

Our premiere issue may be offered free of charge in exchange for an email signup.

​

Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, or usage restrictions disclosed at the time of the offer.

​

Receiving a complimentary issue does not automatically entitle a reader to future paid issues or ongoing subscription benefits.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers, subject to applicable law and any commitments already made to participants.

​

Marketing email subscriptions are voluntary and may be canceled using the unsubscribe link in promotional emails.

7. Subscriber Accounts and Access

​

Certain portions of our website, including the Subscriber Library, may require registration or an active subscription.

​

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and promptly update it when necessary.

Publication dates, editorial schedules, and technical availability may occasionally change due to production needs, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes affecting paid subscribers.

​

Access to particular issues, archived content, or other subscriber benefits may depend on your subscription plan and its disclosed terms.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, but we will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to purchased content.

Any rights or remedies required by applicable law remain unaffected.

9. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Submission does not guarantee publication, compensation, acceptance, or an ongoing contributor relationship.

By submitting materials for consideration, you grant Mouse + Park permission to receive, store, internally review, and discuss those materials for the purpose of evaluating potential collaboration.

Any publication rights, licensing arrangements, compensation, deadlines, and other contributor terms will be addressed in a separate agreement before publication.

Please do not submit confidential or proprietary information that you are not authorized to disclose.

11. Advertising, Affiliate Links, and Sponsored Content

Mouse + Park may publish advertising, sponsored content, affiliate links, product recommendations, and promotional partnerships.

Some links may generate commissions or other compensation when readers make qualifying purchases.
